		<description>It&#039;s great to set goals for one&#039;s own learning, but the idea that someone is obsolete if not in perpetual personal development deserves more thought.

I think this fosters an attitude of never being satisfied with oneself, which can lead to perpetual anxiety and self-criticism, measuring up to others.</description>
