I think I need to enroll in the Jenny Blake Book Club. Seriously, you have so much good knowledge packed in that skull of yours that I just want to suck some of it out…and in less grotesque lobotomy-type way of course. Or I could just peruse your bookshelf and spend some alone time with your literature. Your call.

I should try this multi-tasking tip of yours. In fact, I should be applying it now since I am swamped with stuff to do, but instead I’m surfing blogs. Oh fo shame.

Constantly hopping task to task makes us feel busy but when we look at the big picture we find ourselves getting bits done and not entire jobs. I've never heard of the timer technique but am willing to try everything at least once! I'll let you know how it goes...

I have used the timer method for a while, and it is SO helpful! It's great not only to stay on one task, but to get the momentum of a actually getting something done (usually cleaning the house) going!
