Book. Box. My doorstep. IT’S HERE!!!

Join me as I meet my book face-to-face for the very first time in this 2-minute video! (Filmed by the lovely Melissa Foster Cook, who is in town from LA for a weekend of brainstorming and strategizing. It also happens to be our first IRL meeting…gotta love the Internet!)

So…I may have just cried watching you open that box. Of course I didn’t cause I’m a tough chick and we all know that Elisa is very guarded and unemotional. But if I were to let my guard down and face up to those effing feelings I PROBABLY would have cried because I am SOOO happy for you and SOOO proud of you and SOOO excited that all your work and blood and sweat and tears and perseverance has paid off!!!

You know…if I was that kind of person <3 you darling, can't wait to celebrate and squeal and do cartwheels and eat cupcakes. I may have one today, just in your honor!

My IRLSPBFF!!!!!!! Oh how I love thee. I will just never forget you being here in my same living room as I told you about the book deal. I carried every ounce of that excitement with me as I opened the box — because just like last time, it didn’t really sink in right away. Thank you SOOOO much for keeping me sane at so many points in the process — you are the greatest SP turned IRL BFF a girl could EVER EVER ask for!!!

Can’t wait to hang out in your neck of the woods in May . So ridiculously excited it is NOT EVEN FUNNY!!!!!

I totally teared up watching you open the box, and then laughed out loud when you mentioned how this is your version of labor. JENNY BLAKE THIS IS SO GREAT!!!!!
