I offer a deeply discounted rate for sample sessions, which are a great way to see what coaching is all about and if my style works for you. For the sample session I charge $30 for 30 minutes (from my normal rate of $100/hour). I won’t pressure you to sign-up for a long-term coaching engagement if you aren’t interested – even these 30 minutes alone can serve as a great kick-start for your goals!
