Wheel of Life Exercise
The Wheel of Life is a commonly used coaching exercise. It can help you examine each of the areas of your life and determine where you want to focus your attention. Your wheel of life is constantly in motion - its unlikely that you will always feel like a ten in every area. The important thing is to recognize where you feel disconnected or unhappy so you (and your coach) can work toward greater balance and satisfaction.
Instructions:
Open and print the printer friendly version of this page, then for each “slice” of the Wheel of Life draw across the dotted line that currently represents your level of satisfaction in that area. Label each slice with a number value from 1-10, with one being the lowest level and ten being the highest level of satisfaction. When you’re done, connect the lines to form a complete wheel.

In what area are you currently hoping to make progress? What would a 9 or 10 look like?
