What You’ll Learn: A Week-by-Week Course Overview

Week 1: Declare your dream – choose your juiciest goal. Dig deep and find the courage to commit to working on this for the next 10 weeks. Gain the freedom that comes with finally declaring your big hairy goal and putting words to that nagging idea in the back of your mind. And the elatement and excitement that follows.
Week 2: Build a support network – line up a group of people who can cheer you on and help hold you accountable. Tell at least ONE person you are working on this goal. You will no longer be going at things on your own or wondering if you are the only person who is “doing something crazy.” Through your support team, you will gain an instant support circle to help give you feedback and encouragement, and to help you stay motivated and on track.
Week 3: Uncover your vision and purpose – take it up a level and look at the big picture of your life – what do you stand for? What is most important to you? Create a compass that you will use to propel you and the goal forward, even beyond the goal itself.
Week 4: Bulldoze your barriers – identify and bust through any fears or barriers that are stopping you from working on this goal. Contrary to popular belief, your fears can actually help motivate you instead of holding you back. We’ll break them down, analyze them and send them to the sidelines — so you can move forward unencumbered, with tactics to diffuse them when new fears resurface.
Week 5 – Break  – based on feedback from past participants, we’ve built in a break to make sure you have time to get caught-up and put the systems in place to carry you through the end of the course.
Week 6: Take ACTION – make a plan and start making progress! No more stewing, spinning or pondering. You won’t be able to hide or push off your big dream any longer — it’s action time. You will make actual progress and start making sh*t happen!
Week 7: Grind it out – put in the time and work to start turning your vision, ideas and project plan into a reality.
Week 8:  Survive the dip – recognize the dip when you see it and emerge stronger on the other side. We all hit a point when our fears creep back in or the task seems too much at times. This is when we used to give up — but you will not be going down that road again. You will learn lessons, tips and tricks to help you get out of your own way and survive any dip whether it comes at week 8 or week 28. Learn how to actually celebrate the dip and leverage it as a sure sign of progress.
Week 9: Celebrate – acknowledge your progress and ditch any “success demons” that crop up. No more glossing over your wins — big or small. Celebration and reflection is a critical part to keep you moving forward and together we will share our successes along the way.
Week 10: Post-course follow-up – learn how to stay motivated and maintain your momentum moving forward. It’s easy to take action when you are going through a course, but this is a life movement. And I’m going to give you all of the tools you need to keep making sh*t happen long after the course ends to keep expanding your snowball of success.

1. What is the weekly time commitment?

Listening to the videos, reading the case studies and completing the exercises will take about 1-2 hours per week. Beyond that, any extra time will be spent making meaningful progress on your goal — which is totally up to you. Think about what you do when you’re procrastinating….why not donate that time to this very important cause over the next two months? After that you can go back to your normal routine…but something tells me you won’t want to.

2. Will this work for any goal or any age?
